Welcome to Cai Precision.

By using our website or requesting a quotation, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Cai Precision provides rapid prototyping and low-volume manufacturing services, including but not limited to:

• CNC Machining
• SLM Metal 3D Printing
• SLS & MJF Nylon Printing
• Vacuum Casting
• Engineering Prototypes

All products are manufactured according to customer-provided drawings, CAD files, specifications, and requirements.

2. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Prices may vary depending on material costs, design changes, quantity adjustments, or manufacturing requirements.

3. Custom Manufacturing

All products supplied by Cai Precision are custom-made according to customer specifications.

Customers are responsible for verifying dimensions, tolerances, material requirements, and technical drawings before production approval.

4. Payments

Production will begin only after payment terms agreed in the quotation are satisfied.

For large orders, partial advance payment may be required.

5. Delivery

Estimated lead times are provided for reference only.

Cai Precision is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, force majeure events, or customer-requested changes.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our manufacturing services, custom-made products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

Refunds or remanufacturing may be provided only in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or quality issues attributable to Cai Precision.

7. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Customer drawings, CAD files, specifications, and project information remain confidential.

Cai Precision will not disclose customer information to third parties without authorization unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cai Precision shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
