Refund & Return Policy

At Cai Precision, most products and services are custom-manufactured according to customer-provided drawings, specifications, materials, and requirements.

Custom Orders

Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, custom-made products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

This includes:

• 3D printed parts
• CNC machined parts
• Metal additive manufacturing parts
• Silicone molded products
• Prototype development services
• Any customized products manufactured according to customer specifications

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

If production has already started, cancellation requests may incur costs for materials, labor, tooling, engineering, and work already completed.

Quality Issues

If a product arrives with manufacturing defects caused by Cai Precision or does not conform to the approved quotation, drawing, or specification, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Supporting evidence should include:

• Clear photographs
• Description of the issue
• Relevant measurements when applicable

After review, we may choose to:

• Remanufacture the part
• Repair the part
• Provide a partial refund
• Provide a full refund when appropriate

Customer Design Errors

Cai Precision is not responsible for design flaws, dimensional mistakes, assembly issues, material selection errors, or functional problems resulting from customer-provided files, drawings, specifications, or instructions.

Shipping Damage

If products are damaged during shipping, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographs of:

• Damaged products
• Packaging materials
• Shipping labels

We will assist in filing claims with the shipping carrier.

Limitation of Liability

In all cases, Cai Precision's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
