Refund & Return Policy

Custom Manufacturing Products

All products manufactured by Cai Precision are custom-made according to customer-provided drawings, specifications, and requirements.

Due to the customized nature of our services, custom-manufactured parts are generally not eligible for return or refund once production has started.

Order Review and Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all quotations, drawings, specifications, materials, dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish requirements before production begins.

Production will commence only after customer approval.

Manufacturing Defects

If a product does not conform to the approved specifications due to a manufacturing error on our side, customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Please provide:

  • Photographs of the issue
  • Description of the defect
  • Relevant measurements or inspection reports if available

After verification, Cai Precision may, at its sole discretion:

  • Remanufacture the affected parts
  • Provide partial compensation
  • Provide a full refund where appropriate

Customer Design Errors

Cai Precision is not responsible for issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect customer drawings
  • Design flaws
  • Improper material selection
  • Assembly incompatibility
  • Functional performance not specified before production

Engineering suggestions provided by Cai Precision are advisory only.

Final design responsibility remains with the customer.

Production Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

If production has already started, cancellation requests may be subject to material costs, machine time, labor costs, and other expenses already incurred.

Shipping Damage

If products are damaged during transportation, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and damaged items.

We will assist in filing claims with the carrier when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom CNC machined parts
  • Custom 3D printed parts
  • Vacuum cast parts
  • Prototype components
  • Low-volume production parts
  • Customized assemblies
