1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern all quotations, orders, and manufacturing services provided by Cai Precision.
By submitting files, requesting quotations, or placing orders, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Quotation Validity
All quotations are valid for 30 calendar days unless otherwise specified.
Pricing may change due to material costs, design revisions, quantity changes, or special manufacturing requirements.

3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
• Providing accurate CAD files and specifications
• Verifying dimensions and functionality before production
• Confirming material, finish, quantity, and delivery requirements
Cai Precision is not responsible for design errors contained within customer-supplied files.

4. Manufacturing Tolerances
All parts are manufactured according to standard industry tolerances unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Special tolerance requirements must be clearly specified before production begins.

5. Payment Terms
Production normally begins after payment confirmation unless alternative terms have been agreed.
For large projects, partial advance payment may be required.

6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All customer files, drawings, and technical information remain the property of the customer.
Cai Precision will not share customer data with third parties.
NDA agreements can be signed before project review upon request.

7. Quality Claims
Customers must inspect delivered parts upon receipt.
Any quality-related claims must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.
Claims should include photographs and a detailed description of the issue.

8. Returns & Refunds
Because all products are custom-manufactured according to customer specifications, returns are generally not accepted.
If a manufacturing defect caused by Cai Precision is confirmed, we will provide one of the following solutions:
• Re-manufacture the affected parts
• Repair the affected parts when feasible
• Partial or full refund at our discretion
Customer design errors, specification changes, misuse, or installation damage are not eligible for refunds.

9. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only.
Cai Precision is not liable for delays caused by:
• Courier services
• Customs clearance
• Force majeure events
• Customer-requested design revisions

10. Limitation of Liability
Cai Precision's liability shall not exceed the value of the affected order.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of manufactured parts.
