At Cai Precision, we specialize in custom manufacturing services including 3D printing, CNC machining, silicone molding, metal fabrication, and prototype development.
Because most products are custom-made according to customer specifications, production and delivery times may vary depending on project complexity, quantity, material availability, and finishing requirements.
Production Time
• Standard prototype projects: 3–10 business days
• CNC machining projects: 5–15 business days
• Metal additive manufacturing projects: 5–15 business days
• Silicone molding and low-volume production: 7–20 business days
Actual lead times will be confirmed during quotation.

We ship worldwide using trusted international carriers, including:

• UPS
• TNT
• EMS
• Other freight services when required
Shipping Time
Estimated shipping transit times:
• North America: 3–7 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days

Damaged Shipments
Customers should inspect packages immediately upon receipt.
If products arrive damaged during transportation, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photos of:
• The damaged product
• Packaging materials
• Shipping label
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
