Project Overview
A customer required a highly detailed concept motorcycle display model for design presentation and visual evaluation.
The project included multiple exterior body panels, transparent canopy components and interior details that required accurate fit, smooth surface quality and high visual appeal.
To achieve the desired appearance, the model was produced through resin 3D printing, manual finishing, painting and final assembly.

CAD Model Decomposition and Color Separation
The complete vehicle was digitally prepared using professional additive manufacturing software.
Components were separated according to function, appearance and assembly requirements to improve printing efficiency and simplify post-processing.
3D Printed Components
All components were manufactured using high-resolution resin 3D printing technology.
Transparent resin was selected for the canopy section while opaque resin was used for structural and exterior parts.
Surface Finishing and Painting
After printing, supports were removed and each component was manually sanded and prepared for painting.
Custom paint finishing was applied to create the final concept appearance while maintaining dimensional accuracy.
Final Assembly
The finished components were carefully assembled using adhesive bonding techniques.
The final display model accurately represented the original digital concept and provided a professional presentation-quality appearance.
